Thinner Injector TI 300 The TI 300 is a thinner supply system for TECA-PRINT pad printing machines with open or sealed inking systems. Due to environmental influences, such as air humidity and temperature, different cycle speeds and different ink types, ink viscosity can change adversely. By periodically injecting thinner into the ink, stable viscosity can be achieved. The adjustment of the injection interval can be based on the operator’s experience. The TECA-PRINT TI 300 is a unit designed to automatically adjust ink viscosi-ty during the printing process and guarantees a constant printing quality even under difficult manufacturing conditions.
